A Year of Outstanding Growth & Achievements

In 2024, Atlas Tech experienced significant growth, welcoming new team members and securing key contracts that reinforced our position as a leader in defense technology. Notably, we:

• Expanded our workforce to 370 dedicated professionals across multiple locations, including South Carolina, Virginia, California, and remote sites across 15 states.
• Secured major contracts, including the $92 million PEO C4I LCM follow-on contract, strengthening our support for the NIWC LANT PMW 160.
• Introduced innovative new programs, such as the Atlas Tech Innovation Challenge, which rewarded groundbreaking ideas like Jamal Long’s AI-powered IT Troubleshooter.

Investing in Our People & Workplace Culture

Atlas Tech’s success is driven by its people, and in 2024, we enhanced our employee benefits and workplace initiatives, including:

• Increasing tuition reimbursement and student loan payoffs to support continuous learning.
• Launching an improved Atlas Tech Learning Management System (LMS) to provide best-in-class training and development.
• Being recognized as a Best Place to Work in South Carolina and Virginia and receiving the prestigious HIREVets Gold Medallion Award.

Making a Difference in Our Communities

Giving back remains at the core of our mission. In 2024, Atlas Tech:

• Contributed over $200,000 to nonprofit organizations.
• Logged over 450 team member volunteer hours.
• Supported 60+ community organizations through corporate philanthropy and volunteer efforts.
