2021: The Greatest Community on Earth
Under the dazzling glow of the “big top,” The Honors 2021 delivered a night unlike any other. Firebreathers, jugglers and mesmerizing performances set the stage for an evening that celebrated the resilience and strength of our community.
2022: A Night at the American Theater
In 2022, The Honors took center stage at the American Theater, where the evening was brought to life by the soulful sounds of Charleston Jazz, the beautiful harmonies of the Charleston Southern University Gospel Choir and a moving poetry reading by Emily Wingfield. The atmosphere was electric, filled with excitement and appreciation for the impact of our honorees.
2023: 250 Years in the Making
Marking the Chamber’s 250th anniversary, The Honors 2023 was a spectacular showcase of talent and history. Guests were treated to stunning performances from violinist Christie Bates, Voices of Deliverance, Willy the Hip Hop Drummer, spoken word by Dr. Tonya Matthews, The Dance Space, and music from Masker Band—a celebration truly worthy of the milestone.
2024: A Night at The Cedar Room
Last year, The Honors 2024 brought the community together at The Cedar Room, where performances by Heart and the Charleston Symphony Youth Orchestra provided an unforgettable soundtrack to an evening of recognition and celebration.
