The Charleston Metro Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce the appointment of Nick Johnson as its new Senior Vice President of Finance and Operations. In this role, Nick will lead financial strategy and operational efficiency to support the Chamber’s mission of driving regional economic growth.

Prior to joining the Chamber, Nick served as the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis at Graham Media Group in Detroit, MI. In this role, he led a team of analysts to optimize financial performance through process improvements and data-driven insights.
As a media finance veteran, Nick also previously worked with TEGNA and Dispatch Broadcast Groups overseeing both TV and radio stations. With a focus on analytics and financial reporting, Nick served as a key resource for driving forecasting, budgeting and fiscal responsibility.
Nick is excited to bring his expertise and leadership to the Chamber’s Finance team to drive organizational success and foster a collaborative environment.

Nick is originally from Columbus, Ohio. He attended the University of Toledo where he received his Bachelor of Business Administration before attending Ohio University where he received his Master of Business Administration. Nick currently resides in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina with his wife Heather and their two boys. In Nick’s free time he coaches his son’s youth basketball team and cheers on The Ohio State University and Cleveland sports teams.
