Program Modules include:
- Orientation
- Set clear goals, establish your North Star Metric and create accountability systems to ensure your success throughout the program.
- Module 1: Foundations
- Clarify your business identity, define your ideal customer profiles and establish your brand positioning and authority in the marketplace.
- Module 2: Growth Strategy
- Develop your marketing framework, create sales systems and design customer journey maps that convert prospects into loyal clients.
- Module 3: Systems & Scale
- Build operational excellence, implement productivity frameworks, and develop team structures that support sustainable growth.
- Module 4: Financial Mastery
- Master profit margins, develop pricing strategies and create financial forecasts that fuel business expansion.
- Graduation & Implementation Planning
- Integrate all learnings into a comprehensive growth plan with clear action steps for the next 12 months.

Participants should anticipate attending half-day sessions each month for instruction and dedicate time each month to meeting with mentors.
Ideal Candidates:
- Business owners with businesses that have passed the start-up phase and are looking to scale.
- Equipped with the ability to make decisions regarding the company's direction moving forward.
- Business has one or more additional employees besides the business owner.
- 2+ years of business operation.
