The Diversity Leaders Certificate Program, presented by Wells Fargo, is an informative program designed to equip business leaders with the necessary tools and resources to thrive in the diversity, equity and inclusion space. Through the Diversity Leaders Certificate Program, participants will gain a better understanding of how they can lead as an equity-centered leader and make a larger impact on their business, employees and the community.

- Tuesday, September 10 (8:30 - 11:30 a.m.): Orientation and Welcome - What is Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging?
- Tuesday, September 17 (8:30 - 11:30 a.m.): Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging: Strategies for Success
- Tuesday, September 24 (8:30 - 11:30 a.m.): A Sense of Belonging in Today's Workplace
- Tuesday, October 1 (8:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.): Graduation - How to Lead Inclusively

Tuition
Tuition for participants employed by Chamber member companies/organizations is $825.
Upon acceptance to the class, tuition is due in full by Friday, September 6, 2024. Tuition fee payments are final and are not refundable once the applicant has accepted their spot in the class.
