The Member Engagement Manager plays a vital role in advancing the Charleston Metro Chamber of Commerce’s mission to initiate, advocate, and empower a prosperous business environment across our region. This position is responsible for driving membership growth by identifying and securing new members, while cultivating strong, lasting relationships that enhance member engagement and retention.

Serving as a key ambassador of the Chamber, the Member Engagement Manager connects regularly with business leaders and stakeholders throughout Charleston, Berkeley, and Dorchester counties, representing the Chamber at meetings, events, and in the broader community. This role requires a proactive, relationship-focused professional who thrives in a goal-oriented environment and is passionate about supporting the success of the local business community.
